About Us
PulsePoint delivers regulated and accredited qualifications taught by myself and other experienced healthcare professionals who continue to work within their fields. This means our learners receive training that reflects current practice and real-world expectations.
We place a strong focus on inclusive and supportive learning. After discovering my own dyslexia during my first year at university, I realised how easily traditional education can overlook different learning needs. Being told I was “smart but lazy” highlighted how important it is for teaching to match the way people actually learn. This experience shapes our approach and drives our commitment to helping every learner — including those who are neurodivergent — feel understood and supported.
Our teaching adapts to the individual. We use a mix of practical activities, creative tasks, and realistic simulations to make learning clear, engaging, and relevant. Learners take part in hands-on emergency scenarios using professional simulation equipment to help them apply skills in a safe and realistic environment. This helps build confidence as well as competence.
As we grow, my aim is to develop a dedicated training centre with multiple classrooms and simulation spaces that reflect real clinical and pre-hospital environments. My long-term goal is to become the most trusted training provider in South Wales and beyond, recognised for delivering realistic, accessible, and inclusive education in emergency care.
